Product Name: High-precision low-temperature pressure gauge/differential pressure gauge dedicated to industrial-grade LNG storage and transportation systems
Category: Core Equipment and Control Systems for the Complete LNG Industry Chain
Sub-series category: Specialized measurement instruments and sensor subsystems for cryogenic and ultra-low temperature applications (specializing in pressure monitoring under extreme temperatures of-196°C)
This product series consists of precision monitoring instruments specifically designed for the production, reception, long-term static storage, and dynamic logistics transportation of liquefied natural gas (LNG), including applications with road tankers and ISO containers. Under extreme operating conditions involving cryogenic media and severe external vibrations, these instruments maintain high accuracy and exceptional safety sealing performance.
This series of cryogenic pressure gauges employs either the classic "C-shaped Bourdon tube" or a highly elastic deformation "cryogenic diaphragm" as the core sensing element. When an ultra-low temperature medium (such as LNG liquid at-162°C or low-temperature gas) enters the interior of the Bourdon tube through a connecting joint, the pressurized free end of the tube undergoes a slight linear displacement.
This displacement is converted into circular rotation of the pointer through a high-precision, low-friction coefficient transmission amplification mechanism (the movement), clearly displaying the current pressure value on the dial. To compensate for physical contraction under ultra-low temperatures, the movement incorporates an automatically compensating temperature-expanding hairspring that eliminates drift in the metal's elastic modulus caused by extreme cold conditions.
Overall Housing: Constructed from thick-walled 304 or 316L austenitic stainless steel. The rear cover features a large-diameter integrated explosion-proof safety relief valve. In the event of extreme rupture of the internal Bourdon tube, internal pressure will directly propel the relief valve open backward, preventing injury from shattered tempered glass at the front end.
Pressure Isolation and Oil Filling: To prevent severe pointer vibration caused by strong earthquakes during transportation that could render readings impossible, the housing is filled with specialized ultra-low temperature-modified high-purity silicone oil. This oil maintains excellent flow damping properties even at-80°C, ensuring pointer stability while effectively lubricating the internal gear transmission mechanism.
This product is classified as a polar/deep-cold operation-grade instrument. Operating medium temperature range:-196°C to +80°C; External ambient temperature range: -60°C to +65°C. The instrument head features a specialized breathing valve that automatically balances static pressures inside and outside the instrument when transported at varying altitudes or under rapidly changing atmospheric conditions.
